核心稳定训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响

The Effect of Core Stability Training on Balance Function in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的观察核心稳定训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将符合纳入标准的患者随机分成核心训练组和常规康复组,每组30例。常规康复组给予常规康复训练,核心训练组患者同时辅以核心稳定训练。于治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后采用Berg平衡功能量表及(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMMS)、Holden步行能力分级对患者下肢运动功能、平衡功能及步行能力进行评定。数据采用SPSS 20.0统计软件分析。结果治疗前2组患者下肢FMMS评分、BBS评分及Holden分级组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组患者上述各项疗效指标结果(包括下肢FMMS评分、BBS评分及Holden分级)均较治疗前明显改善(P <0.05);进一步比较发现,治疗4周后核心训练组患者下肢FMMS评分、BBS评分及Holden分级均较常规治疗组明显改善(P <0.05)。结论核心稳定训练能显著改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的下肢运动功能、平衡功能及步行能力。

Objective To observe the effect of core stability training(CST)on balance function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods Sixty stroke survivors were randomly divided into CST group and conventional therapy group(CT group)according to a random number table,with 30 cases in each.Both groups were given routine rehabilitation training,while the CST group was additionally provided with CST for 4 weeks.Before and after the treatment,Fugl-Meyer assessment for lower extremity(FMMS-LE),Berg balance scale(BBS)and Holden walking function rating scale(Holden)were used to assess the motor function of lower extremities,balance function and walking ability of both groups.The data were analyzed by spss 20.0 software.Results No significant difference was found in the average Berg,FMMS-LE and Holden scores between the CST group and CT group before the treatment(P>0.05).Howener,significant improvement was found in all the above measurements of both groups after the treatment(P<0.05).Further comparison found that the Berg score,FMMS score and Holden grading in the CST group improved more significantly compared with the CT group after 4 weeks training(P<0.05).Conclusion Core stability test can significantly improve the motor function of lower extremities,balance function and walking ability of stroke survivors.
