健脾益气消瘀汤治疗气虚痰瘀型胃癌术后的临床研究

Clinical Study on Jianpi Yiqi Xiaoyu Decoction in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer of Qi Deficiency and Phlegm Stasis Type after Operation

目的自拟健脾益气消瘀汤治疗气虚痰瘀型胃癌术后患者的临床研究。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月在辽宁省锦州市中心医院就诊的80例中医科气虚痰瘀型胃癌患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,2组患者术后均依据西医诊疗指南,给予常规化疗,并予以止疼、对症、营养支持等治疗。其中试验组40例患者在西医的基础上加用自拟健脾益气消瘀汤干预。比较2组治疗前后的中医证候评分。结果治疗后试验组患者饮食不足、疲劳、餐后腹胀及精神疲劳、恶心、呕吐和排便异常评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中药自拟健脾益气消瘀汤的辅助治疗有助于减轻气虚痰瘀型胃癌术后患者在化疗过程中的中医证候。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Jianpi Yiqi Xiaoyu decoction on gastric cancer of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type in TCM department were selected.Both groups were given routine treatment according to the guide of Western medicine after operation.Forty patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Jianpi Yiqi Xiaoyu decoction on the basis of Western medicine.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of dietary deficiency,fatigue,postprantional bloating,mental fatigue,nausea,vomiting and abnormal defecation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of Jianpi Yiqi Xiaoyu decoction is helpful to alleviate the TCM syndromes of gastric cancer patients in the course of chemotherapy.
