传统推拿手法联合脏腑推拿治疗瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Traditional Tuina Manipulation Combined with Zangfu Tuina Manipulution in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation of Static Blood Blocking Collaterals Type

目的探讨传统推拿手法联合脏腑推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取39例瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用传统推拿手法联合脏腑推拿治疗作为治疗组,对照组38例瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症患者则应用传统推拿手法治疗。治疗前后分别对患者进行JOA和VAS评分,并对所得数据进行统计分析。结果治疗组与对照2两组治疗前后的JOA与VAS评分均明显改善,且比较均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后的JOA与VAS评分结果优于对照组,且两者比较具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论传统推拿手法联合脏腑推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional tuina manipul ation combined with zangfu tuina manipulutionin the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 39 cases of lumbar disc herniation of static blood blocking collaterals type patients were treated with traditional tuina manipulation combined with tuina manipulution of zangfu as the treatment group.While 38 cases of lumbar disc herniation of static blood blocking collaterals type patients were treated with traditional tuina manipulation only as the control group.Before and after treatment,patients were scored with JOA and VAS respectively,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed.Results The JOA and VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment compared with before,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA and VAS scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the comparison between the two had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional tuina manipulation combined with zangfu tuina manipulution has a better clinical effect in treating lumbar disc herniation,which is worthy of promotion.
