强力天麻杜仲丸在风湿免疫性疾病中的应用

风湿免疫性疾病是一组肌肉骨骼系统疾病,关节、肌肉及软组织肿胀疼痛为多种风湿性疾病的共有表现,病程长、反复加重,最终导致功能障碍,严重影响生活质量。强力天麻杜仲丸具有补益肝肾、温通经脉、祛风除湿、活血养血,舒筋止痛的功效,根据我科临床观察,其对风寒湿型风湿病的关节、肌肉、软组织肿痛有较好的临床疗效,但目前尚缺乏该药治疗风湿病的大规模临床观察报道,现将我科临床中获得显效的病例总结如下,以期为该药在风湿免疫性疾病中的应用提出思路。

Rheumatic immune diseases are a group of diseases of the musculoskeletal system.Swelling and pain of joints,muscles and soft tissues are the common manifestations of various rheumatic diseases.The long course and repeated exacerbations eventually lead to dysfunction and seriously affect the quality of life.Qiangli Tianma Duzhong pill has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney,warming meridians,expelling wind and dehumidifying,promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood,relaxing muscles and relieving pain.According to our clinical observations,it has relatively good effects on swelling and pain in the joints,muscles and soft tissues of rheumatic rheumatism.But there is still no large-scale clinical observation report of this drug in the treatment of rheumatism.The cases that have achieved significant effects in our clinic are summarized as follows in order to provide ideas for the application of this drug in rheumatic immune diseases.
