Discussion on Identification Methods and Results of Codonopsis pilosula with Different Commodities

目的探究不同商品党参的鉴定方法和结果。方法通过实地调查、标本采集鉴定、查阅有关文献、信息收集整理等,选择显微镜鉴别方法和性状鉴别方法展开对不同商品党参的鉴定。结果四川刀党参、甘肃纹党参、陕西凤党参具有2~3个分支,狮子盘头特征明显;山西野生台党参具有2~3个分支,狮子盘头特征明显;山西潞党参具有2~3个分支;甘肃白条党参有2~3个分支,狮子盘头特征不明显;潞党参粉末表现为黄白色;直径为(20.46~86.48)μm,存在较多网纹导管;石细胞表现为不规则形状、多角、长方、类方形,(13.45~77.93)μm是直径,长度范围为(8.31~103.83)μm,(2.82~18.13)μm是厚壁。(5.23~26.51)μm是乳汁管直径,存在较丰富节乳汁管内黄色物质;白条党参较潞党参,以单粒为主,存在较多的淀粉颗粒;野生台党参常见具缘纹孔导管,有非常密集的纹孔;潞党参乳汁管内存在丰富的黄色物质,有较多的网纹导管。结论针对不同商品党参,可选择性状鉴别和显微镜鉴别方法,有效区分不同商品党参具体情况。

Objective To explore the identification methods and results of Codonopsis pilosula with different commodities.Methods Through field investigation,specimen collection and identification,consultation of relevant literature,information collection and collation,microscope identification method and character identification method were selected to identify different commercial Codonopsis pilosula.Results Sichuan Codonopsis pilosula,Gansu Codonopsis pilosula and Shaanxi Phoenix Codonopsis pilosula had 2~3 branches with obvious characteristics of Lion Panax quinquefolium,Shanxi Wild Codonopsis pilosula had 2~3 branches,Lion Panax quinquefolium had 2~3 branches,Gansu Baitiao Codonopsis pilosula had 2~3 branches,and the characteristics of Lion Panax quinquefolium were not obvious.The diameter of stone cells was irregular,poly angular,rectangular,square,(13.45~77.93)μm,the length was(8.31~103.83)μm,(2.82~18.13)μm was thick wall,and(5.23~26.51)μm was the diameter of milk tube,which was rich in yellow substance in lactation tube,and the diameter of stone cells was irregular,polyangular,rectangular,square,(8.31~103.83)μm,(2.82~18.13)μm was thick wall,and(5.23~26.51)μm was the diameter of milk tube,which was rich in yellow substance in lactation tube.Compared with Lu Codonopsis pilosula,Codonopsis pilosula is dominated by single grain and has more starch granules.Wild Radix Codonopsis pilosula often has marginal orifice catheter.Conclusion For different commodities Codonopsis pilosiana,we can choose the methods of character identification and microscope identification to effectively distinguish the specific conditions of different commodities Codonopsis pilosiana.
