补肾逐瘀汤联合中医特色护理在前列腺增生症患者中的应用

The Application of Bushen Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的分析补肾逐瘀汤联合中医特色护理在良性前列腺增生症患者中的应用价值。方法收集2017年4月-2019年4月接收的良性前列腺增生症患者,于其中选取52例用于本研究。以入院顺序为依据,将所选患者分为2组,分别是对照组与试验组:对照组26例,给予补肾逐瘀汤;试验组26例,给予补肾逐瘀汤联合中医特色护理。对比2组干预效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,2组对比组间差异明显(P <0.05);试验组生活质量评分优于对照组,2组对比组间差异明显(P <0.05)。结论在良性前列腺增生症患者中,将补肾逐瘀汤与中医特色护理联合应用,可加强治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of Bushen Zhuyu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients with benign pro static hyperplasia.Methods 52 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia received in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected for this study.According to the order of admission,the selected patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group.26 cases in the control group were given Bushen Zhuyu decoction.26 cases in the experimental group were given Bushen Zhuyu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with benign pro static hyperplasia,the combined application of Bushen Zhuyu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing can strengthen the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
