中医辨证施护对心力衰竭患者心功能和生活质量的影响

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨中医辨证施护联合持续心理护理对心力衰竭患者心功能和生活质量的影响。方法收集2018年6月—2019年6月收治的心力衰竭患者72例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各36例。对照组患者予以持续心理护理,试验在对照组的常规护理基础上予以中医辨证施护,比较2组患者心功能和生活质量。结果与对照组相比,试验组干预后患者LVEF、SV、6MWT较高,PF、RF、GH、VT、SF、RE以及MH等生活质量评分较高,BP评分较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中医辨证施护联合持续心理护理能够显著改善心力衰竭患者心功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with continuous psychological nursing on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with heart failure.Methods Seventy-two patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given continuous psychological nursing,while patients in the study group received more with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of the control group.Heart function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the study group had higher LVEF,SV,6MWT,higher PF,RF,GH,VT,SF,RE and MH scores,and lower BP scores(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with continuous psychological nursing can significantly improve heart function and quality of life in patients with heart failure.
