耳穴贴压在围手术期护理中的应用现状研究

近年来,中医护理技术在围手术期的应用成为一大热点问题,耳穴贴压作为一种中医外治治疗项目在围手术期应用疗效明显,简便易行且无明显副作用。通过对相关文献的整理分析,本文总结了耳穴贴压在围手术期不同方面的应用,分析其作用机制,发现临床实践中存在的问题,并提出针对性的意见以便进一步深入研究,为临床提供相应的指导。

In recent years,the application of TCM nursing technology in perioperative period has become a hot issue.As an external treatment project of TCM,auricular acupoint sticking therapy has obvious effect in perioperative period,which is simple and feasible without obvious side effects.Through the collation and analysis of relevant literature,this paper summarizes the application of auricular acupoint sticking in different aspects of perioperative period,analyses its mechanism,finds the problems in clinical practice,and puts forward pertinent opinions for further in-depth study,and provides corresponding guidance for clinical practice.
