摘要 随着信息技术和我国教育业的迅速发展,高校大型仪器设备越来越多,共享和管理要求也越来越高。避免大型仪器设备重复购置,充分实现大型仪器设备的共享成为一个亟需解决的问题。但传统的仪器设备预约管理方式无法处理大量的用户信息、仪器信息以及预约信息,已经无法满足当今高校大型仪器设备共享、统筹和管理需求。本文基于SaaS云计算、数据库等信息化手段对大型仪器设备进行信息化管理,实现大型仪器设备的开放、在线预约和共享。本文设计和开发的系统基于B/S架构,服务器架设和数据库选用阿里云平台,充分保证了系统运行的稳定性和高并发性。实践证明该系统能较好地实现大型仪器设备的共享和管理。 With the rapid development of information technology and education,there are more and more large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges,and the requirements of sharing and management are higher and higher.It is an urgent problem to avoid the repeated purchase of large-scale instruments and equipment and fully realize the sharing.However,the traditional instrument reservation management method can not deal with a large number of user information,instrument information and reservation information,which has been unable to meet the needs of large-scale instrument sharing,overall planning and management.Based on SaaS cloud computing,database and other information-based means,this paper achieves the opening,online booking and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment.The system designed and developed in this paper is based on B/S architecture,and Alibaba cloud platform is selected for server setup and database,which fully guarantees the stability and high concurrency of system operation.The practice shows that the system can perfectly realize the sharing and management of large-scale instruments and equipment.
