乡村治理视域下乡贤文化的传承与创新

From the Perspective of Rural Governance:Inheritance and Innovation of Qingdao's Rural Sages Culture

乡贤文化是乡村治理的关键一环,是乡村振兴的精神动力,是乡土文化的重要组成部分。乡贤文化有利于提高乡村精神文明建设、推动乡村经济发展和传承优秀传统文化,但乡贤文化在助力乡村治理中存在乡村治理主体的弱化、乡村治理制度的不完善化、乡村治理环境的复杂化、乡村治理对象的多元化等问题。重塑崇德向善的乡村治理灵魂、构建乡村治理主体的多元化网络、形成礼治与法治相结合的乡村治理方式和满足村民公共需求的乡村治理保障是乡贤参与乡村治理的实现路径,以推动乡村振兴的发展。

Rural sages culture is the key link of rural governance,the spiritual power of rural revitalization,and an important part of local culture.Rural sages culture is conducive to improving the construction of rural spiritual civilization,promoting the development of rural economy and inheriting excellent traditional culture.However,there are some problems in rural governance,such as the weakening of the main body of rural governance,the imperfection of rural governance system,the complexity of rural governance environment,and the diversification of rural governance objects.The realization path of rural governance is to reshape the soul of rural governance,build a diversified network of rural governance subjects,form a rural governance mode combining the rule of law with the rule of etiquette,and meet the public needs of villagers,so as to promote the development of rural revitalization.
