摘要
地下综合体工程工期长,工艺多,施工难度大,工程环境复杂,可能存在的风险种类多,传统的风险管理方法难以对这些风险进行有效的控制,极易出现事故,造成巨大损失。BIM(building information modeling)是一种新兴的建筑工程信息化数字集成管理技术,具有可视化,协调性,模拟性,优化性等优势。本论文尝试基于事故致因理论构建地下综合体工程全生命周期风险演化模型,并在这一基础之上将BIM技术与风险管理相结合,分别针对工程“决策期”“施工期”“运营期”内的主要风险,通过运用3D可视化、智能结构碰撞检测、4D模拟施工、建立PW信息共享平台等技术,实现对工程不同时期内的主要风险的有效控制管理。
The underground complex has long construction period,many technology,difficult construction,complex engineering environment and many kinds of risks.The traditional risk management method is difficult to control these risks effectively,and it is easy to occur accidents and cause huge losses.BIM(building information modeling)is a new digital integrated management technology for construction engineering information,which has the advantages of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and so on.This paper tries to construct the whole life cycle risk evolution model of the underground complex based on the accident causation theory,and combined the BIM technology with the risk management on this basis,aiming at the main risks in the"period of construction period""operation period"of the project,and by using the 3D visualization and the intelligent structure collision detection.4D,simulation of construction and establishment of PW information sharing platform and other technologies to achieve effective control and management of major risks in different periods of the project.
