海外工程项目优化管理研究——以阿尔及尔新机场项目为例

Overseas Research Project to Optimize the Management——the New Airport Project as an Example to Algiers

随着中国经济实力的增强和企业国际竞争力的提高,中央提出“走出去战略”,越来越多的中国企业参与到海外工程建设中,但是海外工程项目是一项充满奉献的事业,如果在不了解海外工程建设特点的情况下盲目进入,势必会影响到工程建设,甚至会导致巨额亏损。笔者参与阿尔及尔新机场项目的建设与管理,结合实际工作中遇到的问题,进行了分析和探讨。

With the improvement of strength and international competitiveness of Chinese economic strength of enterprises,the central government of“going out”strategy,more and more Chinese enterprises to participate in overseas construction projects,but overseas projects is a full dedication to the cause if blindly into without the knowledge of overseas construction characteristics,it is bound to affect construction,and even lead to huge losses.I participated in the Algiers airport construction and management of new projects,combined with the practical problems encountered in the work,analyzed and discussed.
