提高动物科学专业创新创业人才培养质量的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Improving the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Quality for Undergraduates of Animal Science

创新是一个民族的灵魂,是引领发展的第一动力。为了适应社会和现代畜牧业快速发展所需的创新创业人才,本文以安徽农业大学动物科学专业为例,分析了创新创业人才所具备的素质,有针对性地从人才培养目标的重新定位、实践平台搭建、师资队伍建设、项目载体和学科竞赛等方面进行探索,形成“产、学、研、创、赛”一体化的创新创业人才培养模式,提高动物科学专业人才培养质量。

Innovation is the soul of a nation and the primary driving force for development.In order to meet the demand of the society and the rapid development of modern animal husbandry for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Takes specialty of Animal Science in Anhui Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the basic quality requirements for the innovative and entrepreneurial talents,then takes pertinence measures to improve cultivation quality for undergraduates of animal science,including re-establishing training objectives for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,constructing platforms for practice,strengthening the teaching staff,and participating in scientific programs and discipline competition,etc.Finally,we integrates production,study,research,entrepreneurship and competition into the new training mode for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which improves the cultivation quality of undergraduates of animal Science.
