我国外语教师的专业发展路径:语言磨蚀视角

The Professional Development of Foreign Language Teachers in China:A Perspective of Language Attrition

语言磨蚀理论是研究语言能力逐步减退的现象,以及如何减缓语言磨蚀的速度或是再重新获得已遗忘的语言知识。它为改善我国外语学习者的外语学习费时低效状态和提高我国外语教学质量提供了理论基础。拥有外语学习者和传授者双重身份的外语教师同样也受到语言磨蚀的影响。因此,本文主要从外语教师发展要求和问题挑战入手,基于语言磨蚀理论研究探讨外语教师发展的特点和影响因素等方面,为我国外语教师专业发展路径提出建设性的意见和建议。

Language attrition theory is to study the phenomenon of decline in language ability,how to slow down the speed of language attrition or to regain the forgotten language knowledge.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the inefficient state of foreign language learning and the quality of foreign language teaching.As one of foreign language learners,foreign language teachers are also affected by language attrition.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze requirements and problem challenges of foreign language teachers,and discuss the characteristics and factors of foreign language teachers'professional development based on Language attrition theory,and finally provides constructive opinions and suggestions for the professional development of foreign language teachers.
