摘要 通过对镗模结构的分析,提出了镗模的设计方法。重点分析了镗模、镗杆和镗刀的结构,尤其是镗模的定位和夹紧。阐述了镗杆的几种典型定位方式,详细论证了端面镗刀如何保证垂直度。通过以上研究,可以提高床头箱体或进给箱体的镗孔精度,避免齿轮轴的歪斜,降低了齿轮啮合的噪声,具有实际应用价值。 Through the analysis on structure of boring mold,in the paper puts forward design method of boring mold.The structure of boring mold、boring bars and boring tool is emphatically analyzed,in particular,boring mold positioning and clamping;Several typical positioning methods of the boring bar are expounded.;How to ensure the verticality the boring tool of vertical plane is demonstrated in detail.Through the above researchs,can improve boring accuracy of the machine head box or the feed box,the skew of the gear shaft can be avoided,the noise of gear mesh is reduced,it has practical application value.
