摘要
基于盘车底座基准面的铣削工序,建立了装夹和加工受力模型,计算了铣削力值。采用了有限元仿真方法,分别建立了装夹仿真模型和加工仿真模型,对基准面的受力变形进行了仿真分析。采用了工艺试验方法,对相同工况下的仿真结果进行了验证。分析表明:装夹时,千斤顶的使用可以有效减小重力对盘车底座变形的影响,千斤顶在位置③处施加4000 N力(图6),变形量最大减小85%;仿真中基准面最大变形值为0.010915 mm;试验中基准面的最大变形量为0.02 mm,均小于基准面平行度要求0.04 mm。
The clamping and machining force model are established and the milling force value is calculated based on the milling program of the turning pedestal datum plane.By using the finite element simulation method,the clamping simulation model and machining simulation model are established respectively,and the deformation by force of the datum plane are simulated and analyzed.The technological test method is adopted to verify the simulation results under the same working condition.Analysis shows that the use of jacks can effectively reduce the effect of gravity on the deformation of the base of the turning gear when clamping.The jack exerts a force of 4000 N at position③,and the deformation is reduced by up to 85%.In the simulation,the maximum datum level deformation value is 0.010915 mm.The maximum deformation of the reference plane in the test is 0.02 mm,which is less than the parallelism requirement of the reference plane of 0.04 mm.
