连杆连接螺栓孔、大小头孔加工专用机床设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对汽车用发动机连杆螺栓孔、大小头孔现有加工工艺存在生产效率、合格率低以及加工精度不够等问题,在分析传统工艺及装备优劣的基础上,采用工序集中原则,将螺栓孔、大小头孔的粗精加工集中于一道工序,提出了一次装夹,多工件、多工位、多刀粗精复合加工的全新工艺方案。根据工序内容特点确定了连杆盖朝外的卧式加工姿态,进而确定了在床身正中设置圆型数控转台,其上设置5个工位,每个工位装夹3副工件,工位2和4完成螺栓孔加工,工位3和5完成大小头孔加工,工位1完成上下料的整体布局方案。最后根据整体方案详细设计了专用夹具及专用主轴箱结构。实际生产表明:专用设备年生产纲领在100万件左右,合格率在99.9%以上,各项精度均达到或超过技术要求。 in view of the automobile engine connecting rob bolt hole,hole size head existing processing technology in production efficiency,the qualified rate is low and the problem of machining accuracy is not enough.Based on the analysis of the principle in process,put forward a clamping the workpiece,trasfer,multitool crude refined composite processing of new process.According to the process content characteristics determine the horizontal machining posture of the connecting rod cap outwards.Then determine the set up in bed in the middle of round,nc rotary table on the set of 5 location,Each location clamping 3 pair of workpiece,location 2&4 to complete the bolt hole processing,3&5 complete size head hole processing.Complete overall layout scheme of loading station 1.According to the overall plan detailed design the special fixture and special structure of simple box.Practical production shows that:Special equipment for the production program is controlled in 1 million,at more than 99.9%pass rate.The precision meet or exceed the technical requirements.
