摘要
利用压电纤维对Lamb波传感的良好方向性,将3根压电纤维按0°,45°和90°布置并固化在聚合物基体中,制成压电纤维传感器用于检测Lamb波传播方向。理论推导了窄带激励下压电纤维对Lamb波的方向传感响应特性,通过压电耦合仿真分析和实验测试研究了不同频率下压电纤维的方向传感特性,提出了一种基于误差函数的主应变方向估计方法,分析对比了直角三角形(0°,45°,90°)、Y形(0°,120°,240°)和等边三角形(0°,60°,120°)3种压电纤维布置方案下主应变方向识别结果。研究结果表明,压电纤维传感器具有良好的Lamb波传播方向检测性能,可为无需Lamb波波速的缺陷识别方法提供传感技术支持。
Considering the directivity of piezoelectric fiber to Lamb wave,apiezoelectric fiber sensor is fabricated,in which three piezoelectric fibers are arranged in the polymer matrix with 0℃,45℃,and 90℃ right triangle configuration.Such sensor is similar with traditional strain rosette,thus can be used to detect the income Lame wave direction.The direction information is significant for defect detection.The directional response of piezoelectric fiber under narrowband tone-burst excitation is theoretical deduced,and a numerical estimation method for Lamb wave propagation direction is proposed by defining an error function.Piezoelectric coupling analyses and experimental tests are conducted to validate the directivity property of piezoelectric fiber.Three different piezoelectric fiber configurations,the right triangle(0℃,45℃,90℃),Y-type(0℃,120℃,240℃),and the equilateral triangle(0℃,60℃,120℃)are applied in simulation analyses and experiment tests to validate the accuracy of Lamb wave propagation direction detection.The results show that the piezoelectric fiber sensor is applicable to identify Lamb wave propagation direction and further used to develop efficient defect recognition algorithm without Lamb wave velocity.
