在阐述幸福河湖及河湖幸福观内涵的基础上,剖析了生态流量与幸福河湖之间的关系,对于太湖流域片生态流量保障实践与探索进行总结提炼,并提出了加强生态流量保障的思考与建议。

By elaborating the connotation of the happy rivers and lakes, this paper analyzed the relationship between the ecological flow and the happy rivers and lakes, and then summarized and abstracted the practice and exploration of the ecological flow guarantee in Taihu Basin. At last, put forward the thinking and suggestions of the ecological flow guarantee.
