A Study on the Quality Requirement of Affairs Talents in Non-public Enterprises

建设一支高素质专业化的党务人才队伍,是做好非公企业党建工作的重要基础。非公企业党务人才能力素质建设的核心问题是研究其要素构成。在论证基层党务工作者基本能力素质基础上,对有关文献资料进行梳理和分析,提出非公企业党务人才能力素质要求。采用行为事件访谈法,绘制出非公企业党务人才能力素质的行为描述量表。再通过因子分析法,构建一个具有一般要求和特殊要求两个维度、包含九项内容的非公企业党务人才能力素质模型,试着为培养非公企业党务人才提供理论依据和经验借鉴。

The content of quality of affairs talents in non public enterprises is the key basis of the construction of the Pary work in non public enterprises.On the basis of clarifying the quality of Party members and cadres at the primary level,some literature about the enterprise party affairs talents quality request are collected and analyzed.The behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey method are used to obtain the requirements quality of affairs talents in non public enterprise,through the factor analysis method,finally get the general and special quality of two dimensions,a total of 9 items of affairs talents competency model.It provides a theoretical basis for cultivation of non public enterprise affairs talents.
