Some Analysis of the Leadership Development Project in Newly-built University for the Secretary of Teacher Party Branch both in Academic Research and Party Construction

新建本科院校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程实施以来,取得了一些成效,但通过对福建省新建本科院校的调查,发现仍存在一些亟待解决的问题,应进一步深化政治建设,完善支部设置,强化示范带动,健全完善教师党支部书记的选拔任用、教育培训、激励保障等机制,扎实推进教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程,进一步引导教师党支部书记把党建工作与教学科研工作有机融合,切实解决“两张皮”问题。

The leadership development project in newly built university for the secretary of teacher party branch both in academic research and party construction has made much progress since it was launched,while there remains some problems on the agenda.Based on the investigations among the newly built universities in Fujian Province,the thesis proposes further improvements on six aspects like political construction,branch establishment,demonstration and motivation,the election and appointment of the secretary,education and training,encouragement and assurance,for better integration of the party construction and academic research.
