A Strategy Research on High quality Development of the Industry in Quanzhou High tech Zone

泉州高新区是泉州市创新发展的策源地和先行区。近年来,泉州高新区“一区十园”发展格局基本形成,园区综合竞争力持续提升,园区现代产业结构不断优化,产业集群层级提升效应日趋凸显,创新要素载体集聚效应不断放大,但在产业实力、产业特色、产业集群、产业创新和产学研机制等方面仍存在短板。因此,泉州高新区应当根据自身特点,设定精准战略定位和基本思路,基于产业协同发展、产业科技联动、传统主导产业、四大新兴产业、高端服务产业、产城融合等六个方面对未来发展策略进行调整。

Quanzhou high tech zone is the source and pioneer of Quanzhou’s innovative development.In recent years,the development pattern of Quanzhou high tech zone which is called“one center and ten branch parks”has been basically formed,the comprehensive competitiveness has been continuously improved,the modern industrial structure has been continuously optimized,the upgrading effect of the industrial cluster level has become increasingly prominent,and the accumulative effect of innovation factors has been continuously amplified.However,there are still some shortcomings in the aspects of industrial strength,industrial characteristics,industrial clusters,industrial innovation,industry academy research mechanism and so on.Therefore,it is necessary for Quanzhou high tech zone to set accurate strategic positioning and basic thinking according to its own characteristics,and adjust the future development strategies in the perspective from the coordinated development of industries,the linkage of industrial science and technology,traditional leading industry,four emerging industries,high end service industry,and industry city integration.
