人群健康评价与疾病预防控制信息化体系构建

Population Based Health Evaluation and Informatization in the Field of Disease Control and Prevention

目的从人群健康评价指标及其信息需求出发,研究分析满足人群健康评价要求的疾病预防控制信息化总体规划.方法综述国内外人群健康评价指标,分析当前我国的人群健康评价信息化需求,归纳形成疾病预防控制信息化总体规划.结果当前我国的疾病预防控制信息化体系尚未完全满足人群健康评价需求.结论疾病预防控制信息化建设需要从条块化信息管理向覆盖全民全生命周期的健康信息管理转变.同时,要加强区域全民健康信息平台疾病预防控制信息系统建设与应用.

Objective From the perspective of population health evaluation,the informatization plan in the field of disease control and prevention were described in this paper.Methods The indicators used to evaluate population health were reviewed,and current information requirements of population health evaluation were analyzed,the informatization plan of disease control and prevention was concluded.Results Information system of disease control and prevention cannot meet all requirements of population health evaluation at present.Conclusion In the field of disease control and prevention,information system should transform from fragmented information management to integrated information management that covering the whole life cycle of the whole people.The application of disease control and prevention information system in regional health information platform should be strengthened.
