基于Gephi的医院数据关联关系可视化研究

Research on Visualization of Hospital Data Association Rule Based on Gephi

针对三级甲等医院普遍面临患者流量大、管理成本和难度高等问题,为合理配置资源,加强医院管理,以就诊信息数据及医院内线通信数据为研究对象,使用Gephi分析软件,运用数据挖掘关联规则技术,对医院信息系统中的数据进行挖掘分析,并对其进行关联关系挖掘及可视化展示,发现医院资源间的关联性关系,进行清晰有效地展示数据分析结果,从而为医院管理者合理优化资源配置和服务流程,提供有用的信息和依据.

The Grade Ⅲ Level A hospitals generally face problems such as large patient flow,high management costs and difficulty.In order to rationally allocate resources and strengthen hospital management,the medical treatment information data and hospital internal communication data of Grade Ⅲ Level A hospitals are taken as research objects.Gephi analysis software and technology of data mining association rules are used to mine and analyze the data in hospital information system.The visualization and correlation data mining displays data analysis results clearly and effectively,thus provides useful information for hospital managers to optimize resource allocation and service process.
