业务驱动型行动学习视角下的高校教师领导力开发

On the Fostering of Leadership among University Instructors from the Perspective of Service-driven Action Learning Method

摘要 高校教师领导力是发展高等教育师资、提高高等教育质量的重要基础,也是"双一流"建设的师资保证。然而,现有研究很少探讨如何开发教师领导力。借鉴相关研究构建业务驱动型行动学习视角下的高校教师领导力开发模型,其核心内容包括识别个人挑战和业务挑战并为此行动和学习,而行动学习小组和业务挑战团队是应对挑战、实现行动和学习的途径。该模型的7个关键因素明确了教师领导力开发的关键,高校应据此制定对策以更好地开发教师领导力。
