电商扶贫是以合作交流为宗旨,搭建线上线下产销对接,致力于深度挖掘优质农特产品,打造农特产品明星品牌,助推农特产品生产与加工的转型升级,带动贫困地区脱贫致富。新疆依托区位、交通和资源优势,加快电子商务服务平台建设,将农业、物流等产业与"互联网+"相结合,形成"大众创业万众创新"新格局和"互联网+"多产业经济发展新模式,建立完善的农村电子商务公共服务体系,发挥电商扶贫的优势,在帮助贫困农民增加收入的同时,提供就业创业机会,取得了明显的成效,助力乡村振兴。

E-business poverty alleviation is the purpose of cooperation and exchange.It aims to build online and offline production and sales connections,devote itself to deep excavation of Xinjiang′s high-quality agricultural special products,create a star brand of agricultural special products,and has promoted the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang′s agricultural special products production and addition sites.Would promote poverty alleviation and prosperity in poor areas.Relying on the advantages of location,transportation and resources,Xinjiang has accelerated the development of e-commerce service platforms,combined agriculture,logistics and other industries with‘Internet+’,and formed a new pattern of‘mass entrepreneurship and innovation’and a new model of‘Internet+’multi-industry economic development.The establishment and improvement of the rural public service system for electronic commerce has brought into play the advantages of e-commerce in poverty alleviation.While helping poor farmers to increase their incomes,it has also brought about employment and entrepreneurship opportunities,achieved obvious results,and helped rural revitalization.
