幽门螺杆菌感染对胃溃疡患者胃肠动力及胃泌素水平的影响

Effects of helicobacter pylori infection on gastrointestinal motility and gastrin levels in patients with gastric ulcer

目的观察幽门螺杆菌感染对胃溃疡患者胃肠动力及胃泌素水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六七医院就诊的胃溃疡患者139例,按照患者是否感染幽门螺杆菌分为感染组78例和未感染组61例,比较2组患者的胃肠动力及胃泌素水平。结果感染组患者结肠转运时间长于未感染组,正常慢波节律比低于未感染组,胃动过缓百分比高于未感染组(P<0.05);感染组患者胃泌素水平为(40.6±3.9)pg/ml,明显低于未感染组的(48.9±4.5)pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染对胃溃疡患者的胃肠动力及胃泌素水平均造成一定的影响,临床上可通过相关指标初步判断患者是否感染幽门螺杆菌。

Objective To observe the effect of helicobacter pylori infection on gastrointestinal motility and gastrin levels in patients with gastric ulcer.Methods 139 patients with gastric ulcer who were treated in No.967 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected,and they were divided into infected group(78 cases)and non-infected group(61 cases),the gastrointestinal motility and gastrin levels of the two groups were compared.Results The colon transport time and percentage of gastric arrhythmia in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infected group,and the normal slow wave rhythm ratio was lower than that in the non-infected group(P<0.05);The gastrin level in the infected group was(40.6±3.9)pg/ml,significantly lower than that in the control group(48.9±4.5)pg/ml(P<0.01).Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection will have a certain impact on the gastrointestinal motility and gastrin levels in patients with gastric ulcer,therefore,relevant indicators can be used to preliminarily determine whether patients are infected with helicobacter pylori.
