皮肤黑色素瘤非特异性免疫机制的研究进展

Research progress on non-specific immune mechanism of cutaneous melanoma

黑色素瘤又称为恶性黑色素瘤,是来源于黑色素细胞的一类恶性肿瘤,常见于皮肤,亦见于黏膜、眼脉络膜等部位。皮肤黑色素瘤恶性程度高,侵袭性强,进展迅速,病情险恶,预后极差,是临床上常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤。文章对皮肤黑色素瘤非特异性免疫机制中的部分非特异性免疫细胞及相关免疫因子作用及机制研究进行综述。

Melanoma,it also known as malignant melanoma,a type of malignant tumor derived from melanocytes,which is common in the skin,mucous membrane,ocular choroid and other parts.Cutaneous melanoma is a common skin malignant tumor with high degree of malignancy,strong invasivity,rapid progress,dangerous condition and poor prognosis.This paper reviews the role and mechanism of some non-specific immune cells and related immune factors in the non-specific immune mechanism of cutaneous melanoma.
