PPH联合外剥内扎皮肤整形缝合术治疗环状混合痔探析

Discussion of PPH combined with external peeling and internal ligation skin plastic suture in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids

目的:探析PPH联合外剥内扎皮肤整形缝合术治疗环状混合痔的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治环状混合痔患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用外剥内扎皮肤整形缝合术治疗;观察组采用PPH联合外剥内扎皮肤整形缝合术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组均顺利完成手术,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的不良反应发生率低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组生活质量评分高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的创面愈合时间和疼痛指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PPH联合外剥内扎皮肤整形缝合术治疗环状混合痔不仅可以提高临床疗效,还能减少术后并发症,减轻疼痛,从而改善患者预后生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of PPH combined with external peeling and internal ligation skin plastic suture on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,80 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external peeling and internal ligation skin plastic suture.The observation group was treated with PPH combined with external peeling and internal ligation skin plastic suture.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:Both groups successfully completed the operation,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was low,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the difference in wound healing time and pain index between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH combined with skin plastic and suturing with external peeling and internal binding can not only improve the treatment efficiency,but also reduce postoperative complications and body pain,thus improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
