硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入与茶碱控释片治疗老年哮喘的疗效分析

Comparative analysis of the efficacy of salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation and theophylline controlled-releasetablets in the emergency treatment of elderly asthma

目的:探究硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入与茶碱控释片治疗老年哮喘的疗效。方法:2017年9月-2019年9月收治老年哮喘患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗;观察组在硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗基础上给予茶碱控释片。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后15~240 min肺功能指标水平均高于治疗前,且观察组治疗120 min、240 min肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入与茶碱控释片治疗老年哮喘,疗效显著,安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation and theophylline controlled-release tablets in the emergency treatment of elderly asthma.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2019,100 cases of senile asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation.The observation group was treated with salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline controlled-release tablets.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 15 to 240 minutes after treatment,the level of pulmonary function indexes in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the lung function indexes of the observation group at 120 minutes and 240 minutes after treatment were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation and theophylline controlled-release tablets in the emergency treatment of elderly asthma is significant,the security is good.
