PPH结合痔切除与开放式外剥内扎术治疗痔疮的临床疗效观察

Comparative observation of clinical efficacy of PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy and open external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoids

目的:对比PPH结合痔切除术与开放式外剥内扎术治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法:2016年8月-2018年10月收治痔疮患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组应用开放式外剥内扎术治疗;观察组应用PPH结合痔切除术治疗。比较两组患者简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组SF-MPQ评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于传统手术方法,PPH结合痔切除术治疗痔疮的临床疗效更高,还能降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy and open external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods:From August 2016 to October 2018,40 cases of hemorrhoids were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open external stripping and internal ligation.The observation group was treated with PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy.Compare two groups of patients with concise-wheat-ji pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score,clinical curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:observation group concise-m-auspicious pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score,incidence of adverse reactions are lower than the control group,the total effective rate is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional surgical methods,PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy is more effective in treating hemorrhoids and it can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
