手术室规范化护理在人工全髋关节置换术中应用及对患者预后的影响分析

The application of standardized nursing cooperation in operating room in total hip replacement and its influence on patients'prognosis

目的:分析人工全髋关节置换术中采取手术室规范化护理配合的临床效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治行人工全髋关节置换术患者80例,通过随机数字分配法将患者分为两组,各40例。常规组给予常规手术护理;观察组给予手术室规范化护理配合。比较两组干预效果。结果:两组患者术前血压、呼吸以及心率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组患者血压、呼吸以及心率相比常规组均明显更低(P<0.05);观察组患者术中输血量、手术时间相比常规组明显减少(P<0.05);两组患者术中输液量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率相比常规组明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:对人工全髋关节置换术患者予以手术室规范化护理配合,有助于提高手术疗效,改善患者术后指标水平,同时降低并发症发生的风险。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of standardized nursing cooperation in operating room in total hip replacement.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,80 patients underwent total artificial hip replacement,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases,by digital random assignment.The routine group was given routine surgical care;the observation group was given standardized nursing cooperation in the operating room.Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in blood pressure,breathing and heart rate between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);the blood pressure,breathing and heart rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group after operation(P<0.05);Compared with the conventional group,the amount of blood transfusion and operation time were significantly lower(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative transfusion between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was significantly more than that of the conventional group Low(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing cooperation in the operating room for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty is helpful to improve the surgical effect,improve the level of postoperative indicators,and reduce the risk of complications.
