循证护理缓解乳腺癌术后化疗致呕吐效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨循证护理缓解乳腺癌术后化疗致呕吐的效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治乳腺癌化疗患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例。对照组实施一般护理;试验组在一般护理基础上实施循证护理。比较两组临床效果。结果:干预后,试验组化疗恶心呕吐、食欲、失眠、疼痛、疲乏等症状评分及生活质量各功能评分均比常规组高,SAS、SDS评分比常规组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可有效缓解乳腺癌患者术后化疗呕吐症状。 Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on relieving postoperative chemotherapy-induced vomiting of breast cancer.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,108 breast cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each group.The control group carried out basic nursing.The experimental group carried out evidence-based nursing on the basis of basic nursing.The degree of vomiting in two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of symptomatic nausea,vomiting,appetite,insomnia,pain,fatigue and other symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group.The functional scores of the quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group.The SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can effectively relieve vomiting which caused by postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer patients.
