综合护理干预在儿童肺炎治疗中的应用效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment of pneumonia in children

目的:研究综合护理干预在治疗儿童肺炎中的应用效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治肺炎患儿72例,随机分为两组,各36例。参照组采用常规护理干预;研究组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组临床疗效及家属满意度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率及家属满意度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效改善患儿治疗依从性,缩短住院时间,提升治疗效果,提高家属满意度。

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,72 children with pneumonia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The reference group adopted conventional nursing intervention.The study group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The clinical efficacy and family satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and family satisfaction of the study group were both higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children,shorten the length of hospital stays,improve the treatment effect and improve the satisfaction of family members.
