在伤口造口患者临床护理中应用延续性护理的效果与价值评价

The effect and value of applying continuous nursing in clinical nursing of wound stoma patients

目的:分析延续性护理干预应用于伤口造口患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年8月收治的58例伤口造口患者展开研究,按照不同的护理方式分成对照组及观察组各29例。其中对照组接受常规护理模式;观察组采取延续性护理干预模式,并对两组研究对象的生活质量评分以及护理满意度进行记录分析。结果:两组患者护理后生活质量评分比较,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理满意度比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理干预应用于伤口造口患者,能够有效提高患者生活质量,同时易被患者接受,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of continuous nursing intervention applied to patients with wound stoma.Methods:A total of 58 patients with wound stoma treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group of 29 cases according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing mode,the observation group adopted continuous nursing intervention mode,and recorded and analyzed the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of subjects.Results:The quality of life score comparison between the two groups of patients,the observation group’s quality of life scores after intervention were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention applied to patients with wound stoma can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life,at the same time,it is easy to be accepted by the patient,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
