摘要
目的:探讨神经内科实施分层级护理模式对护理工作的提升效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年1月神经内科护士为研究对象,按分层级护理模式开展时间为节点分为两组。对照组未落实分层级护理模式;研究组落实分层级护理模式。比较两组护理工作质量。研究分别从护士自我价值体现、发散思维能力、信息处理能力、工作愉悦感等方面,对比分层级护理模式实施前后护理工作的变化情况。结果:研究组护理工作质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。落实分层级护理模式后,研究组护士在自我价值体现、发散思维能力、信息处理能力、工作愉悦感等方面的均要优于对照组。研究组护士的自我价值体现得分和发散思维能力得分分别为(94.3±5.2)分、(94.6±5.4)分,而对照组两项评分分别为(81.1±7.3)分、(80.4±6.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科实施分层级护理模式,可有效提高护士发散思维能力、信息处理能力等,更好体现护士的自我价值,提高护理工作质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of hierarchical nursing mode on the improvement of nursing work of nurses in neurology department.The changes in nursing work before and after the implementation of the hierarchical nursing model were compared from the aspects of nurses’self-worth manifestation,divergent thinking ability,information processing ability,and job pleasure.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,we selected nursing work in neurology department as the research object,and divided them into two groups according to the time node of hierarchical nursing mode.The control group did not implement the hierarchical nursing mode.The study group implemented the hierarchical nursing mode.We compared the quality of nursing work between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the quality of nursing work was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementing the hierarchical nursing model,the nurses of the study group were better than the control group in terms of self-worth manifestation,divergent thinking ability,information processing ability,and job pleasure.The scores of self-worth performance and divergent thinking ability of the study group were(94.3±5.2)and(94.6±5.4)respectively,while the two scores of the control group were(81.1±7.3)and(80.4±6.6),respectively.There are statistical differences Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of hierarchical nursing mode in neurology department can effectively improve the ability of divergent thinking and information processing of nurses,better reflect the self-worth of nurses,and improve the quality of nursing work.
