情景模拟教学法在产科护理带教中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究情景模拟教学法应用于产科护理带教中的效果。方法:选取2016年10月-2018年11月实习护理人员200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采用传统教学法带教;观察组采用情景模拟教学法带教。比较两组《临床护理带教质量考核量表》评分、最终考核成绩及对带教老师的满意度。结果:观察组《临床护理带教质量考核量表》中教学管理、仪表行为、教学查房、小讲课和见习课、检查反馈、临床带教、分管床位、病情掌握、实践技能评分、最终考核成绩及对带教老师的满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学法能够将教学内容生动形象的展现出来,提高产科护理人员学习效率,提升教学效果。 Objective:To study the effect of situational simulation teaching method in nursing teaching of obstetrics.Methods:From October 2016 to November 2018,200 intern nurses were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The two groups were compared with the score of clinical Nursing teaching Quality Assessment Scale,the final assessment result and the satisfaction of teaching teachers.Results:the observation group in clinical nursing teaching quality assessment scale for teaching management,teaching instrument,teaching rounds,small class lectures and trainee,inspection feedback,clinical teaching,in charge of the beds,disease control,practice skill score and the final assessment result and the teaching of the teacher’s satisfaction rate were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Situational simulation teaching method can show the teaching content vividly,improve the learning efficiency of obstetric nursing staffs and improve the teaching effect.
