PDCA护理管理在老年恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect ofPDCA nursing management in elderly malignant tumor patients with PICC catheterization

目的:以老年恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,分析患者PICC置管过程中应用PDCA护理管理的效果。方法:随机抽取2016年2月-2019年3月接受治疗的老年恶性肿瘤患者36例并实施随机分组,为对比组(n=18)患者提供PICC导管相关内容介绍、病情监控及观察等常规护理;研究组患者应用PDCA护理模式。对比两组患者导管留置时间以及导管滑脱、导管堵塞等并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者导管留置时间为(27.24±2.35)d,对比组为(20.15±1.24)d,研究组导管留置时间明显更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组导管滑脱、机械性静脉炎等并发症发生率为11.11%,对比组为27.78%,研究组并发症发生率明显较对比组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年恶性肿瘤患者采用PDCA护理管理有助于延长导管留置时间并可减少机械性静脉炎等相关并发症。

Objective:To analyze the effect of PDCA nursing management in application for elderly malignant tumorpatients with PICC catheterization.Methods:Randomly in February 2016 to March 2019 elderly 36 patients with malignant tumor treatment and implementation of random grouping,as the control group(n=18)patients with PICC catheter related content,condition monitoring and observation of routine care,such as PDCA mode of nursing team patients,compared two groups of patients with catheter indwelling time and catheter slippage,total incidence of complications of catheter jam.Results:Catheter indwelling time was(27.24±2.35)d in the study group and(20.15±1.24)d in the comparison group.Catheter indwelling time was significantly longer in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as ductal slip and mechanical phlebitis in the study group was11.11%,while the incidence of complications such as ductal slip and catheter blockage in the control group was 27.78%,which was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing management with PDCA in elderly patients with malignant tumors can prolong catheter indwailing time and reduce complications such as mechanical phlebitis.
