摘要
目的:探讨综合干预对肥胖儿童体成分的影响。方法:选取2019年8-9月肥胖症儿童20例,均接受综合干预。比较综合干预前后体成分变化。结果:20例肥胖症儿童综合干预前体脂百分比(38.8±7.1)%,内脏脂肪面积(106.1±54.3)cm^2,BMI(26.1±6.2)kg/m^2,骨骼肌含量(17.1±4.4)kg,蛋白质(6.3±1.5)kg。综合干预后体脂百分比(37.9±7.1)%,内脏脂肪面积(103.6±54.4)cm^2,骨骼肌含量(17.4±4.1)kg,BMI(25.6±5.6)kg/m^2,蛋白质(6.4±1.4)kg。综合干预前后体脂百分比、内脏脂肪面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),BMI、骨骼肌含量、蛋白质含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),综合干预1月后儿童BMI较前有下降,骨骼肌含量及蛋白质较干预前增加。结论:综合干预对学龄儿童单纯性肥胖效果显著,短期可有效降低BMI,提高骨骼肌及蛋白质含量,不影响儿童生长。
To explore the influence of comprehensive intervention on the body composition of children.Methods:twenty children with obesity from August to September 2019 were selected and all received comprehensive intervention.The changes of body composition before and after comprehensive intervention were compared.Results:Comprehensive intervention precursor fat percentage(38.8±7.1)%,visceral fat area(106.1±54.3)cm^2,BMI(26.1±6.2)kg/m^2,skeletal muscle content(17.1±4.4)kg,protein(6.3±1.5)kg,body fat percentage after comprehensive intervention(37.9±7.1)%,visceral fat area(103.6±54.4)cm^2,skeletal muscle content(17.4±4.1)kg,BMI(25.6±5.6)kg/m^2,protein(6.4±1.4)kg,There were no statistically significant differences in body fat percentage and visceral fat area before and after the comprehensive intervention,while there were statistically significant differences in body mass index(BMI),skeletal muscle content and protein content.After the comprehensive intervention,the BMI of children decreased,while the skeletal muscle content and protein content increased.Conclusion:Comprehensive intervention has a significant effect on simple obesity in school-age children.In the short term,it can effectively reduce BMI,improve skeletal muscle and protein content,and do not affect children’s growth。
