摘要
通过对3%Cr冷轧工作辊的外观形貌、硬度、化学成分和金相组织的检测与分析,发现3%Cr冷轧工作辊辊身局部存在硬度偏低和硬度不均匀现象,辊身局部区域金相显示辊身组织异常。检测结果表明辊身局部硬度异常与辊身磨削加工工序有关。结合当前磨削工序实际,对磨削工艺进行了优化。
Through the detection and analysis of the 3%Cr cold rolling work roll Surface Topography、hardness、chemical composition and metallurgical structure,found that 3%Cr cold rolling work roll body low hardness and hardness uneven phenomenon,The test results show that the local hardness anomaly of the roller body is related to the grinding process.combined with the current actual grinding process,and the grinding process is optimized.
