摘要
伴随着经济的快速增长,汽车产品的转型升级给消费者带来了全新的体验和改变,汽车已经不是一种单纯的交通工具,如何更好地把握用户需求成为各大汽车制造商关心的一项重大课题。通过用户体验的方式搜集用户在产品使用中产生的痛点,挖掘用户更深层次的需求,最终通过头脑风暴的方式寻找有效的解决方案。用户需求充分反映在汽车产品设计中,从而给用户带来完美的体验以及商品性方面的提升,推动整车行业朝着更以人为本的方向发展。
With the rapid economic growth,the transition upgrade of automobile products have bring a new experience and change to consumers,automobile products are no longer as mere means of transportation in people’s lives,how to grasp the user needs has become a major concern for major automakers.Collecting users’pain points in the use of the product experience,discover user’s need in depth,and find the most effective solution through brainstorm.Designing a car product with a good user demanding,It will give users a perfect experience and improved commerciality,and then promote the development of the automobile industry in a more people-oriented direction.
