摘要
介绍了“高效沉淀池+深床滤池”联合处理工艺的调试与运行情况,该组合工艺具有脱氮除磷及去除SS的作用。实际运行结果表明,该组合工艺运行稳定,出水各项指标均达到要求的一级A排放标准。其中,TP、SS和TN平均进水浓度分别为1.53mg/L、22.4mg/L和9.4mg/L,平均出水浓度分别为0.25mg/L、6.18mg/L和6.71mg/L,去除率分别为83.2%、71%,25.5%。表明该组合工艺对TP、SS有较好的去除效果,对TN的去除效果一般。
The paper introduces debugging and operation of combined treatment process of“high efficiency sedimentation tank+deep bed filter”,which has functions of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and SS removal.Actual operation results show the combined process is stable and effluent indicators have reached required level A discharge standard.Among them,average influent concentrations of TP,SS and TN were 1.53 mg/L,22.4 mg/L and 9.4 mg/L,and average effluent concentrations were 0.25 mg/L,6.18 mg/L and 6.71 mg/L,with removal rates of 83.2%,71%and 25.5%respectively.It shows combined process has good removal effect on TP and SS,and TN removal effect is average.
