摘要
本文系统梳理了截至目前“十三五”期间国家自然科学基金对城镇水务领域的资助情况,从资助金额、项目类型、地域和依托单位分布等方面进行分析,结合给水处理、污水处理与资源化、给排水系统、城市水环境修复等不同研究方向的发展趋势,指出基金资助中可能存在的问题。从完善科研资助机制、引导技术创新两方面,分别对行业管理者和研究者提出相关建议,助力解决现阶段科技创新供给不足、成果转化不力等问题,以进一步推进我国城镇水务行业高质量发展。
This paper systematically combed the status quo of NSFC's funding for urban water utilities during the 13th Five Year Plan period.The characteristics of funding amount,project types,regions and supporting institutions,were analyzed.Considering the development trend of drinking water treatment,wastewater treatment and recycling,water supply and drainage system,urban water environment restoration,the possible problems in funding were pointed out.In order to further promote the high-quality development of China's urban water utilities,relevant suggestions from the aspects of scientific research funding mechanism and technology innovation are put forward,so as to help solve the existing problems such as insufficient supply of scientific and technological innovation as well as ineffective transformation of achievements.
