摘要
本文介绍了中国工程建设标准化协会标准《数据中心节能设计标准》编制工作的形势背景和基本情况,展示了本标准在融合借鉴其它标准成果的基础上的自我创新。引入被动优先,主动优化的设计理念。把全寿命周期综合能耗作为节能设计的切入点,强调了设计和后期运营之间的有机结合。同时从系统性出发打破了专业界限和唯PUE论,重点关注了数据中心信息系统的能耗。
Data center is an important direction of new infrastructure construction in China,which is also the basis for the development of technologies such as the internet,cloud computing,big data,AI and 5G.The amount of data center construction in the future is very huge,and the proportion of energy consumption is also very large.Based on a thorough investigation of the current status of data center construction at home and abroad as well as the green evaluation standard system,combined with the actual operation characteristics of the data center,this paper establishes an evaluation system for data center infrastructure and IT systems,and conducts comprehensive evaluation on resources saving and environmental protection for evaluation indicators,which is more targeted towards the needs of green development of data centers,and has good economic,social and environmental benefits.
