摘要
针对目前化工行业低温余热资源的利用现状和存在的突出问题,归纳了低温余热回收利用的主要途径和策略:用作一般加热热源、利用热泵回收利用、利用低温余热发电。重点介绍了低温余热发电介质的选择、热交换器的优化以及系统热经济性评价等关键性问题。将来高效利用低温余热资源的研究侧重点:一是为不同用户制定个性化利用方案;二是充分做好生产装置中温度高于100℃的冷却物流热量的回收利用;三是开发低温余热资源利用新技术,进一步提高余热资源的温度水平。
This paper summarizes the main ways and strategies of low temperature waste heat to be recycled aiming at the current situation and existing prominent problems in chemical industry.They are generally divided into three categories:general heating source,recovery and utilization with heat pump and power generation.The key issues such as the selection of power generation medium,the optimization of heat exchangers and the evaluation of system thermal economy are introduced.Future researches focus on the efficient utilization of low-temperature waste heat resources:(1) developping personalized utilization plans for different users;(2) making full use of the heat of cooling logistics in the production plant whose temperature is higher than 100 ℃;(3) developping new technologies to further improve the temperature level of the waste heat resources.
