电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定工业废水中的铬、镍含量

Determination of Chromium and Nickel in Industrial Wastewater by Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry

摘要 本文采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定工业废水中铬、镍含量,建立了相应的测试方法,并考察了测试方法的精确度及其检出限。实验结果表明,测试方法的建立的标准曲线线性关系较好,R^2为0.9998~1.0000,检出限较低(0.002~0.008)灵敏度高,准确度高(RSD<5%);测定工业废水中铬含量为1.821mg,镍含量为2.564mg,加标回收率96.3%~103.2%,RSD为0.53%~2.51%,测试方法及其测定结果符合要求。 In this paper,inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)was used to determine the content of chromium and nickel in industrial wastewater.A corresponding test method was established,and the accuracy and detection limit of the test method were investigated.The experimental results show that the standard curve established by the test method has a good linear relationship,R^2 is 0.9998~1.0000,the detection limit is low(0.002~0.008),high sensitivity and high accuracy(RSD<5%);determination of chromium in industrial wastewater The content is 1.821mg,the nickel content is 2.564mg,the recovery rate is 96.3%~103.2%,the RSD is 0.53%~2.51%,and the test method and its measurement result meet the requirements.
