摘要
习近平在第一届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛的演讲中,创造性地使用了许多中国典故,宣扬中国价值观,彰显中国自信。在这些典故的翻译过程中,再语境化显得尤为重要。通过对原典故的要素删除、要素增加和要素替代,译者将典故的内涵以译文读者易于接受的方式成功展现。研究习近平用典翻译有助于传播中国传统文化,也有助于研究“习式风格”话语的传播。
In his speeches in the first Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation,President Xi creatively used some classic quotations to promote Chinese values and boost the confidence of Chinese.Recontexualization plays an important role in translating classic quotations.Through deletion,addition and substitution of the elements in the original quotations,translators successfully convey the connotations in these quotations to international readers.The study on translations of quotations in Xi Jinping's speech will contribute to the promotion of Chinese traditional culture and the transmission of"Xi's Style"discourse.
