摘要
为适应2020年1月1日生效的新MARPOL公约中,有关船舶尾气排放的强制性要求,对公约生效前已建造的40万吨级油轮、散货船进行加装脱硫系统改造,使船舶达到新公约强制性要求,扩大船舶适航区域,为船东提升经济效益。文章介绍船舶脱硫系统组成、脱硫改装施工组织、施工过程与质量控制,特别是脱硫改装中玻璃钢管与新型超级双相不锈钢材料的工程应用,为船舶脱硫改造工程提供经验。
In order to adapt to the mandatory requirements for ship exhaust emissions in the new MARPOL Convention that entered into force on January 1,2020,a 400000-ton oil tanker and bulk carrier that had been constructed before the Convention came into effect were retrofitted with a desulfurization system to achieve The mandatory requirements of the new convention expand the seaworthy area of ships and enhance the economic benefits for shipowners.The article introduces the composition of ship desulfurization system,desulfurization modification construction organization,construction process and quality control,especially the engineering application of FRP and new super duplex stainless steel materials in desulfurization modification to provide experience for ship desulfurization modification project.
