摘要 为适应当前经济形势,在赢得坞期、船期,不改变船舶总体性能的前提下,将现有船舶的球鼻艏结构换成较为节能的球鼻艏类型,以此来减少船舶的燃油消耗量,从而降低运营成本。文章主要介绍一种大型船舶球鼻艏整体拆旧和换新设计施工方案,球鼻艏总段换新工程实行“盘车拆旧、滑移换新”的方案,盘车将整体拆旧的球鼻艏从浮船坞整体转运至半潜驳船后使用滑道拖移,将换新后的球鼻艏总段滑移、安装、顶升调整到位。 In order to adapt to the current economic situation,on the premise of winning the docking period and the shipping schedule,without changing the overall performance of the ship,the bulbous bow structure of the existing ship is replaced with a more energy-saving bulbous bow type to reduce the fuel consumption of the ship Volume,thereby reducing operating costs.The article mainly introduces a specific design and construction plan for the overall dismantling and renewal of the bulbous bow of a large ship.The bulbous bow is transferred from the floating dock to the semi-submersible barge and then dragged with a slipway to adjust the new bulbous bow to the new section for sliding,installation and jacking adjustment.
