摘要
武汉火神山医院拼装的集装箱达1600余个,属国内首例,无深化设计经验借鉴。为满足10d内完成应急医院建设任务,实现病房负压梯度,保证高标准密封效果及施工质量,经过深化设计人员与设计人员深度研究讨论,确定集装箱排布方案,解决集装箱拼缝过大及累计误差问题,病房密封效果较好。优化集装箱防水屋面构造,规避集装箱漏水渗水问题,圆满实现应急医院按期优质交付。
Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital assembles more than 1 600 containers,which is the first case in China and has no experience in further design. In order to fulfill the construction task of emergency hospital within 10 days,realize the negative pressure gradient in the ward,and ensure the high standard sealing effect and construction quality,through in-depth research and discussion between designers,a container arrangement scheme is determined,which solves the problems of too large joint seams and accumulated errors of containers,and the ward sealing effect is better. A waterproof roof construction method on the container is optimized,which avoids the problem of water leakage and seepage of the container and successfully realizes the timely and high-quality delivery of the emergency hospital.
